How do you put game saves onto a PS3I only have a 40 GB so i dont have the opening compartment and cant use a memory card

what do you mean by game saves? just same the game your playing.
if you mean putting ps1 and ps2 game saves onto the ps3 then buy the ps3 memory card thing. You plug the memory cards from previous systems and it downloads them onto your ps3. Visit playstation.com and look up ps3 accesories

use a USB or even a normal CD-rom will do.

put the save file on a USB stick
usb - PS3 - SAVEDATA- (folders must be in caps)

then on ps3
XMB - Game - SAve data utility - external USB- - hit Triangle - Copy - to PS3 - okay.

get a double sided usb cable and just hook your computer to your ps3 or get a thumb drive.
