Was Mortal Kombat Armaggedon The Last Video Game From The Franchise?I'm curious! Recently I read a article that Ed Boon: creator
of Mortal Kombat has announced another upcoming
Mortal Kombat game that would be release until the fall
of 2008 and it would be for PS3 and XBOX 360.
I just want to know if this is true! Does anyone have any
information about this? If you do, please let me know.

yes its true. there are going to be plenty more mortal kombats for ps2 and xbox 360 and ps3 so dont worry

Last thing i heard about Mortal Kombat is that there is no new Mortal Kombat game coming out. But this still could be true, however i have not heard anything about a new MK game coming out!!!

Yes! I believe so! For the time being it is just called Mortal Kombat 8 and hopefully it will be out next year because I read all of the members of the MK team are currently at work on it!

Yep it is most certainly true! Boon said in an interview that he is going to start from scratch with all new characters and an all new stroyline.
It's a bummer because I really ebjoyed reading about the plots/storylines. I'd wish they made one more after Armageddon to show what happened with the destruction of blaze and all the characters different endings held out! Ow well nothing much I can do.
Now I have to get a ps3 to play Mortal Kombat 8. Which sucks because they should of just made a few thousands copies just for ps2.
