Final Fantasy XIII - Long Gui (Platinum Ingot / Trapezohedron)
Final Fantasy XIII (PS3 English Version) Long Gui (16200000 HP) Normal Drop - Platinum Ingot (25%) Rare Drop - Trapezohedron (5%) ((These are Base Percentages. These do not factor in the raises in percentage for the drops from Accessories and 5 Starring the battle, which is fairly easy to do.)) Long Guis have a much higher chance of dropping Trapezohedrons compared to Adamantortoises and Adamantoises. While the 5% gets boosted by the accessory and five starring the battle, don't expect it to drop every time. I'm just saying that the Long Guis have a better chance of dropping Trapezohedrons, and they're fairly fun to fight against. Killing one of these will score you the Adamant Will trophy/achievement. Make sure to open up the battle with Sentinels to take the damage from Ultima. Otherwise, until you get used to the battle, slowly work yourself through the battle. I tend to move faster than shown in the video, but I didn't want to make a mistake and then die and have to start all over again, so I was fairly careful to not get caught off guard by the Long Gui's Roar, which is something that you should watch out for, mostly during the second leg phase. You can replace one of the leg phases with a summon, preferably the second leg phase to stop it from using Roar and Ultima more, but it's definitely doable and still fairly quickly without the assistance of a summon. Make sure to slow the Long Gui when it has fallen to make the fallen down phase longer to give you more time ... Video Rating: 5 / 5PS3 System Software Update · PSP System Software Update.
