Anyone know how to capture PS3 videos for Youtube?

Anyone know how to capture PS3 videos for Youtube?I'm looking for a program to record me playing a game on my PS3 like some people on YouTube.

I think its called a capture card. If not, then please correct me.

But i've seen people doing Let's Play's on YouTube on a 360 and I want to do that on my PS3.

Please help me find one.
